THE PROJECT Primarily used to support roof sheeting in commercial and industrial buildings, a recently completed project in the Queensland City of Ipswich, has showcased the versatility of PERMALITE® aluminium purlins in a different application.

A multi-award winning development designed by world renowned architect Alexander Popov, Rockpool is a boutique executive living complex fronting the golden sands and surf of glorious Mona Vale Beach, on Sydney’s northern peninsula, and comprises 17 stylish residential apartments in one- and two-storey formats.

With redevelopment of the Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre requiring demolition of all existing pools and construction of entirely new structures for six pools (an outdoor 50m pool, outdoor water polo pool and shaded outdoor children's splash pad, plus an air-conditioned indoor pool, indoor family leisure pool and indoor program pool), the project presented a substantial task for NBRS Architecture and Cockram Construction.
