Following its successful introduction in 2018, the Lysaght Inspirations Design Awards return this year to celebrate outstanding Australian architectural work that incorporates LYSAGHT® steel building products.

It’s not every day that an architectural firm is asked to design a performing arts centre.

A recently-completed prep and year one school building in the Brisbane suburb of Goodna, has won the commercial and industrial category of the 2020 ‘Lysaght Inspirations Design Awards’ (LIDA).

The Regional winner of Lysaghts’ Inspirations Design Awards (LIDA) was thrown significant design challenges on the way to successfully obtaining this accolade with its ‘Mercy College Mackay Library’ development.

Desert Rose, a house that includes materials donated by Lysaght, has taken out second place in the Solar Decathlon Middle East 2018, a competition that challenges students from around the world to design and construct solar powered houses that are sustainable, stylish and cost effective.

Just as a matt finish has become synonymous with style and elegance so too can it provide a dramatic impact in discerning roofing and walling applications.
